DRAT !!!!! I keep on trying to do a half marathon but since i had my stroke 4 years ago, I can only do 12000 meters then rest for an hour , then do 5000, or so. Any suggestions. Thanks

YES, I do have a suggestion...check with your doc before pushing yourself to do a half marathon. It might not be a problem, but you really should check first especially if you have a history of stroke.

Just my two cents :)

So, only one more day for folks to drop/add teams...this should be interesting!

This challenge has been enlightening for me, I was concentrating on 5k's far too much before...the extended rowing has enabled me to lose a few pounds AND tone up some, shall we say, soft spots :)

Lets get out there and row!
