Can anyone give me directions to the nearest ERG?

Hey Team! I've found LOVE!, "AIR IN THE HAIR, BUGS IN THE TEETH, AND SPANDEX!" Okay, too much information!

I've been cycling all summer long and have met so many great people, sounds familiar to rowing! My favorite ride so far this year has been a MSbike Ride covering 208 miles in 2 days, it has got to be put high on the list of my life's great experiences.

Enough about me! What has been happening, I see Kathy has gotten her feet wet! That is awesome!

What is the team up too? What is the latest challenge out there, I'm feeling up to a challenge!

I just finished up a workout with the stereo cranked to HairNation 80's

Sounds like you had a great summer and are channeling your incredible spirit and energy into your erg now.

The Fall Challenge is coming up..FRC09.Check your name on the TEAM page and be sure to sign up with Timbuk2 for it.The team is coming back together slowly but by September Timbuk2 will be ready to ROCK.

We have some new teammates at TimbukTOO..us "old" Cheezers to the young and fit..Tristan and Dalton..Jim & Bobbie's grandsons.
The over 50 set have had a Challenge sponsored by Concept2 and Cabot Cheese.Vermont to Vegas fitness type challenge..check out their web site..can get there thru the Concept 2 site.Has been loads of fun.We call ourselves CHEEZERS.

I have caught up with your bike activities on FB.Many years ago I trained for the MS bike ride ..got all signed up but had to drop out..had too much to do.Was big into my Karate at the time and work.
I am biker wanna be..have a great Trek bike and ride occasionally.Just gets too hot here for long rides.

So glad you are back to row..it is great to be so well diversed in your activities and you bring us spirit and strength!!

Get ready for the FRC09 so we can get Team TIMBUK2 rockin'.
