Lakers won!
Yes! the LA Lakers are on top again. It's been a long time.
Started my workout during the 2nd quarter and rowed until the end of the 3rd. Since my teenage son was sitting next to me, I could hold off on fixing dinner. Tried to end the workout at 11,111 but overshot by 4 meters. Longest piece I've rowed yet. I figure at this pace (2:18.5/500 m) it might take me around 1:45 to complete the 1/2 marathon. Finding the time to do it might be the toughest part.

Breakfast of Champions!
Our speedster Kiba, with one of the shortest stints on record for the million meter watch....I think it lasted maybe 18 hours?.....has completed the first of many millions on the year, and 3 million lifetime meters!
Congratulations!! You are a true !!

I was also quite sure about it. I tried to outrow a cold but it caught me by surprise about halfway. I might have left my helmet a bit open.Kona2 wrote:Peter H 10,000 m (I was sure that your pattern says an HM was going to happen)
So this week will just be 10k sessions up to Friday. Then as of Saturday we both go for a ten day spacewalk in the Austrian Alps. Next HM is to be expected July 4th.
