Hi Pat and Timbuktoo. Thanks for the welcome. Have not rowed much since March but my goal is to do a 10K daily.

Struggling a little with allergies and old injuries. However not here for sympathy just to ROW STRONG!!

Allergies seem to be running rampant everywhere...

Injuries..well, they come with age, overuse , you name it

I row a little slower and have a few aches and pains myself but I, like you, just want to row strong.

I am just happy to see you back in the boat.You were missed!!

Hope we can provide a little motivation and fun to ease all the bumps along the way!!

Summer Sweeps
June, July, August

■Row 5000 meters as many days as you can during the months of June, July and August.
■On ten randomly selected days throughout the months of June, July and August we will draw a winner’s name from everyone who rows at least 5000 meters that day.
■Meters must be entered online.
■This is an individual challenge. (You do not need to belong to a team to participate.)
■Both indoor rower and water meters count.
