Howdy....agree! I've always worked on the basis that as long as there is no fever, than continue as close to normal (no PBs) and keep everything working. This is just a common cold, although seemed to have been saddled with a couple in quick succession. They say two on average a year...so yippee..I'm done for the next 12 months.Toothdoc wrote:Baz,BAZzy wrote:Good weekend to all from Syd-a-ney....
Suffering the dreaded head cold at present..hard to get started on a row, but once I do it isn't too bad....
Cheers, Baz
On numerous occasion I have felt a little off my feed and forced my self to saddle up. Amazingly within 5-10 minutes most of the ague has dissipated and I felt better and for several hours after. I must point out this was not a PB row, just enough to get the blood circulating until I felt better. It works for allergiies too and I have plenty of the airborne type.
Hope you feel better soon.

Ps Good rowing, must be something you guys put in the water over there!
