Pat,

I joined the challenge and I have a question. On the site page that you log in your time it shows a calendar with the start date and says click a date and enter your time. Can I go back to the 15th and enter my times for each day that I rowed until now.

I'm having enough trouble logging my times into the C2 site, so I think I'll have to pass on the latest challenge. Thanks for finding it, Pat. Every new motivational tool helps!

I've almost reached my rowing goal for May, but now I've got to figure out how to row extra meters in June. I'll be missing several days in July, and I want to plan ahead!

Rowing faster times ("fast" is relative) has been great this spring, but when I row every day, it does something to irritate an old, lower back injury. The last couple of days I've been rowing slower, and I'm in much less pain. It's annoying that I will have to row between 5 and 10 minutes more each day to get the meters I want, but I'm trying to look at the long-term picture. I never imagined ending up on the 7500 board last season, and it was hard before to think I could make it to the 10,000 board, but I think that's going to be my goal for the summer. Maybe that, along with the additional outside activities, will help get some weight off. It's worth a try for May through August.

I love seeing the team in the top 20! Let's work together to make it last!

~Linda

Thanks Pat,

I have two of them and they are my most precious things. He doesn't have the long hair anymore as it was just to hard to maintain. I must not have sized the picture right as it came out kind of blurry but better than nothing.
