VINDICATION!!

Before I got my erg March 10th of ths year, I was 24% body fat and borderline Diabetic.

Today after 414,142 meters rowed..

Body fat down to:16%

All bood work is in the normal to excellent range.

I am very happy

If one wanted to lay waste to all the energy in the body in the shortest possible time, rowing would be the way to do it. (Kiesling)
