WRC 2009 Update: Team Progress Thru 4.14.09
This is it....the final few hours of the 2009 WRC! Those on the west side of the international date line gave us a great start to the challenge....now we need to bring it home!! Get those final meters in for a grand finish!
Today's a great opportunity to row for a personal goal - maybe a HALF marathon, or a FULL marathon.....or a RED GIANT! These challenges are, after all, motivation for each of us on our individual exercise journeys! So, whatever your choice is today for a fine finish - you know we'd love to have the meters! We're currently in 8th place overall and fifth in the virtual clubs rankings. Make it count!

Another Meter Multimillionaire
Wowzer, Ted, way to end the WRC Challenge! Congrats on a TWO million meter season!
Final offering for WRC
For my final offering for the Luna-tics WRC, I offer my first 1/2 marathon. I really should have trained longer than the two weeks of long rows; but I did it. The last 3000m were difficult, but I managed to keep rowing. I am going to keep rowing and training for my next 1/2 marathon and adding meters to reach my first million. Thanks for the encouragement.
Hugs, Teresa
