I was in the men's masters race that went off around 10:45.I did this at the Adirondak Sprints, same as romad63 (what race were in in romad? i must have seen you there)
Just to add to the comments about the air at Crash B's - i've heard various comments about it. Myself I didn't really notice it being that bad.
That being said I improved my time by almost 3 seconds myself which is a considerable jump. What's odd is that I did the Adirondack Sprints with a cold and not feeling well. In fact my lips went blue during the race, lol.
I followed the exact same race plan at both sites and in both instances hit the 1500 mark right around 4:53.
So maybe there is something to the air however I attribute part of my difference I spent 8 hours walking around the boston aquarium the day before Crash B's.
