8 seconds better than previous...not bad for a 63 yr old fart!
I was using Xeno's breathing technique - IN on the drive, OUT on the recovery. I think it works well...for me anyway.
It's less than 10 months since I first sat on an ERG.

Good going Gobrian77, awesome gregory, thats a feirce 30min distance. Thought that i`d list my first post on the forum. Been on the concept rankings web for a little while now but remained quiet on the forum. Been erging for some years now, (more off than on) had a sustained lash at it last year for about 5 months and a back prob got in the way, back doing round about 200 km`s a month since august and getting there again, done a marathon and 10 1/2 marathons recently, do better at longer distances.

Great pull! I can do that pace for 6K, but I'd have to get seriously motivated to attempt that for 10. Keep it up!nharrigan wrote:10k PB yesterday. 34:58.5

2k 7:23.7
This was my third try at a hard 2k since I started over a yr ago. Thought about quitting halfway through but finished with the last 500 producing the best split and with a little left in the tank. Still under a million meters and wonder if I can ever get under 7 with a more serious training program.

Haven't posted here in a while, but I've been consistently training. In the fall, I dropped my 6k down to a 20:57 (1:44.8) from a 1:45.8 split last year while focusing more on strength training then endurance . Additionally, I just low pulled a 1:12, down from a 1:15 (and yes, I recognize that low pull is absolutey silly). Hoping to break 6:25 in the 2k by the end of the winter.
