TIMBUK2 is rowing strong and with spirit..we now have 50 mates and here is a little update to keep you motivated.

Hey all - you continue to amaze me! Look at us row - Look at us go!!!

Wu Hoo! (Shockers finally won a game yesterday!)

My back is feeling better and am back on the rower. My meters won't be adding up as fast as everyone else I'm sure, but boy did the workout feel good today.

Thanks for the sunshine.

Where I row, I woke up to 6 inches of snow and it's still piling up!

But I shoveled and got to the gym. STOP SNOWING!!!!!!
