Our baby boy was born on January 2. We've been crazy busy ever since. Looks like Timbuktu is doing GREAT in the JVC! Congrats to the whole crew! I'll be back in my boat in a few months for sure, maybe sooner.

IT'S A BOY!!

Wow Cindy - I am so impressed you rowed with a baby on board!!!!! So happy for you.

Okay team, I woke up yesterday - worked out and felt fine. About 1:30 p.m. I got up out of my office chair and yeowie - my lower back is yelling at me. So I am going to take a day or two off. Don't know if it is my arthritis or what. Sorry - but I will cheer you on for a couple of days

Denise..take care of that back.These challenges always end up with overuse injuries or flare ups of issues we don't hear from until we over row.Time off is warranted and well deserved.We will row for you and all your cheers will be appreciated.
