Just a heads up. I know all you ladies are rowing hard right now. Please check out my post under 'Health' regarding ciproflaxicin.

This is a great site.

I often fall off the erg in January. School starts up for me and my daughter and it takes a lot of time just to keep everything going. SO late nights and extra stuff to do and I am "out of time" to exercise.

BUT this is NOT good! I have to keep my health to do all the other crazy things. SO the JVTC and ALL of you keep me going.

Every meter contributed helps for the team. Some of us row more than others and some less. Doing what you can do and doing your best is all that counts! So don't be intimidated by anyone. Just keep erging.

Thanks for the heads up Grams. Thanks for the encouraging words, Susan. It is great to feel like I am rowing with everyone on our team--and the other teams as well. We have passed the 2 million meter mark and are all doing a great job adding to our total. Today I had a low energy day--after 2 hours of yoga--so I didn't row as much as I have been. Hopefully after a good night's sleep I'll be back stronger tomorrow. Keeping up with this challenge is putting me within striking distance of making 2 million meters before the end of April. Keep up the good work and let us know here at the Team Room how the rowing is going for you!! denise

How's Everyone Doing??

Post by Surf Scoter » January 22nd, 2009, 10:03 pm

Hi, How is Everyone doing?? It's been awfully quiet here, but the team is holding at 14th place. I see the meters creeping up. I set a goal of 200,000 meters for this challenge and I am down to 34,000 m to go!! I may try to exceed my goal and get closer to the 2 million meter mark. Well, keep on rowing out there!! denise

Grams,

Thanks so much for the work you did on the mugs, and for posting the link in the LUNA-TICS Team Room for us. We greatly appreciate it. Row strong, Ducks!
