Today, the moon will be closer to the earth (and at its' biggest seen by us) for the entire year. Think we can there and back today?
Anyway, here's some info about looking at it: http://news.yahoo.com/s/space/20081211/ ... ridaynight

You are too kind, sir! Happily for you, "the 3 quadrillion gallons of water in Lake Superior dramatically affect the weather patterns in Duluth, making for warmer winters and cooler summers" ... uff da! (Now, I find myself humming the Wreck of the Edmund Fitzgerald, whilst heading outside to sit in the sun and start a new book ... )DuluthMoose wrote: ... you might find Duluth's weather forecast for the next few days amusing.... Congratulations to Karyn - she's made her goal of 200K in the Holiday Challenge in record time! Maybe she'll go for 300? And congrats to William H, Will S and Chris for reaching that milestone!
Many teammates are very close to achieving Honor Board status - just a few more meters! You can do it!
And DuluthMoose......your forecast sounds quite a bit like ours......I say let it snow - just keep the path to the hot tub clear!
