500,000 is a huge milestone, Robert! Way to go! I see you're already well on your way to a million!

Fishing Saturday was still a little windy, but the temperatures were very comfortable. We tried a couple of new spots and were skunked. Then we returned to our old stomping grounds and came home with 9 trout!

The principle is competing against yourself. It's about self improvement, about being better than you were the day before.

MILESTONE WATCH for our team captain... You're a great inspiration, Pat!

Welcome to the team, Michael!

I've really slowed my pace since the end of the fall challenge. Thankfully, the Skeleton Crew Challenge is just ahead!

Thanks for the Welcome! Glad to be on the team!

Looking for encouragement and challenges to keep pace with improving my rowing times and distances. This has become a great tool for my exercise routine and my attempt to lose some extra pounds.

Congrats Pat on the 2,000,000 m mark!!!!!

Without goals, and plans to reach them, you are like a ship that has set sail with no destination.

Hi Pat,

Just thought I would check in as I am doing a little rowing again this week. I have knocked back the resistance and am trying to do less, so let's see how it goes. My back is not quite as sore, yet the prognosis isn't so great, so it may be a matter of just playing this by ear. The Dr.'s don't seem to know a lot, so for now I'm just doing whatever I can.

Thanks for all of your kind words of support. I'm hoping to be up for the Halloween challenge, so will see how that goes as well!

Take care,

Alison
