Leg extension during "The Drive"

Post by Ninjaitus » August 21st, 2008, 4:46 pm

I just bought my own Concept 2, but have been using them at facilities for a while. Now that I have one at home I'm noticing that one of my legs ( the right )fully extends prior to left.

I am wondering if anybody else been in a similar situation. Is it a postural issue or an anatomical, I'm not aware of any physical irregularities or imbalances that I have.

Cheers,

d.

It can mean you have one leg shorter than the other. This is not uncommon. You might want to row with an extra insert in the shoe. Other possibilities are some misalignment in your spine/hip area. Check with a good chiropractor, but most likely a slight discrepancy in leg length. That is the case with me.

Try loosening the straps.

Then you'll be able to extend your legs and rock back on your heels.
