No problem at all Susan...
Sounds like a good way to get a good row in and make your day productive  Kind of like interval training...
The logged meters show up as cumulative on the team page..so only you know what you are logging and at what intervals.I sum the total meters at the very end of the day..and sometimes may miss a really late night rower. But those meters will show up the next day.Just have fun and enjoy the ride!!
Way to row.

Hi all,

Just wanted to post a little message. I have to drop my workout times down from the hour or more I usually did to no more than 30 min. I have two different heart conditions ( Long QT and CPVT). Was diagnosed two years ago but have had some near fainting, low heart rate episodes. Cardiologist said the rowing made my heart a bit too strong. I am still going to be a part of the team, just putting up less meters. Your support and being part of this team is AWESOME! I will still be a virtual rower just not so competive. See you all on the virtual waters.

Ryan,
So sorry to hear about your heart issues.I am a bit familar with the PVCs etc.Good thing that the rowing has made your heart strong but as our hearts become stronger and beat with more efficiency we do tend to get low pulse rates and low blood pressures.A sign of fitness but in your case it looks like the irregularities caught up with you.For us as a team we don't care how many meters you row..even though it is good competition among us as team members , it is important first and foremost to row as we each feel that we can row for our goals and personal fitness levels..and health.Motivation to row each day or just every other day..just a little friendly push that can keep us all healthy and fit.Our team is awesome and the spirit and strength far out weight the ranking number.Hope you stay well..and you bet..you stay on the team!!!

Pat, I goofed on my log entry. It should only be 7513 not 17513. Is there a way to correct it?

FYI...

We as a team have rowed over 3 million meters since May 1st.
That is really good rowing.
We have 20 members to the crew.
When our meters are logged each day and we are ranked each day..Concept2 has an average rowed for each member in the rankings.

TimbukTOO rows 152,617 meters per member as an average.Pretty amazing when you think of it..

Shows that there are just a few of us who row with consistency..the entire team rows but with different levels of participation depending on personal time, goals and the such.A diverse group of rowers that share a common interest.

That is amazing Pat. I wonder how many miles that is. I am still not used to using meters and picturing how far that is. I will have to find a meters to miles calculator and then I will know how tired I should be :D
