Hi guys.... I love my C2 and it has helped me to shed a few lbs and now my wife is on the C2 3-4 times a day to keep fit as well. Finally there is a fitness machine/ activity we both love to do!
Now the kids want to get on the C2 as well.... I told them that I will ask fellow forumers for some advice first... and let them know if they can get on the C2 and have some fun, too!
Kids are 10 and 9... the youngest is 4 so... he can wait
I am pretty sure they can start rowing... any suggestions? programs? on-line competitions for the kids??
