Wolverine Program Generator

Good morning all! I have a question. A looooonnnnggg time ago I found, online a genertator for the Wolverine Program. This generator allowed you to put your 2K, or target 2K, time into it and it would design all four levels for you. This would all be put into RowPro so all you had to do was choose the row you wanted, and watch the screen, RowPro would then take you through the Wolverine row! It was great, but since that time I have gotten rid of my windows computer and partitioned my Mac for use with windows (RowPro runs great on it btw, go BootCamp!!!!!).

My question is this, did anyone else every use the program? It was freeware I downloaded off the creators website. Unfortunately I have since lost the URL, and searching on Google has achieved nothing. If anyone either knows were to find the program, or has a copy, I would love to hear from them. Or, if anyone has a program that would do the same, I would love to hear that as well!!!!!!!

I remember that Wolverine Plan "Generator", but it didn't work that great with RowPro. I believe the rest periods didn't work right.

I've programmed 8 Level 1 - 3 workouts as custom workouts, and just keep track of the level 4 workout times and paces.

I do use a spreadsheet that someone sent out back then that calculate the paces for Level 1-4 based on your 2k PB. I can send the spreadsheet to you if you like. It's a good place to start, but eventually you'll be lowering your average pace for each workout and, for example, your Level 1 workouts wouldn't all be done at the same pace. Mike never meant for that to be the case, but it is a limitation of the spreadsheets.

I wrote a spreadsheet to help me with WP sessions which you are welcome to try. I don't use RP, so it may not be what you are looking for.

My file was mainly to generate the level 4 workouts. It contains some simple macro code to calculate the expected distances for each time segment, so you may need [or prefer not to!] enable macros before you use it.

That would be great. The spreadsheet I use gives me the pace for each level 4 segment, and then I've calculated the distance. I have a 3x5 card taped to my monitor to guide me through the various paces and times. It's a challenge to keep steady paces for 2 minutes and then switch. It's all a mind game to connect with the body anyway, and I believe Mike enjoys our torment. (Don't all coaches have a sadistic side to them?) But in the end, they're right and our performance improves...

I also think I may still have the Wolverine Plan generator for Row Pro on my workout computer. I'll double check and let you know.
