I Wanna Erg

Post by just27 » May 19th, 2008, 2:15 am

Did anyone see this YouTube video? I can hardly drag the darned thing a few inches to the left, let alone play air guitar on it ... or would that be "air erg?"

Barbara, you don't have a TV...I don't have a TV (well, technically I guess I do because we have a small one in the garage for exercise/erging videos, but no reception to speak of).....and you run marathons...I run marathons....there is something strange about this :D

Welcome, Mary. Glad you are here and chatting with us now.

And thanks, everyone, for all the compliments on the pigeon lofts. The birds are settling in nicely, and I am training the young ones for flying jobs. They have a pretty big mortgage to pay off now.

erg video

Post by Calamity » May 19th, 2008, 3:46 am

Hello everyone, I have been stuffed up with a cold the last week, making the idea of rowing challenging.
Anyway, last year C2 had a contest for people to make videos about their ergs. It seems that the youtube video and the ones related to it are from that contest.
Go Sonics - and I mean go ahead and Go to another city. We are not building you a stadium. New stadiums have not helped the mariners and seahawks actually win the big titles in their respective sports.

Here's my suggestion for something to do between the 2 rows. (Now, don't go getting the wrong impression.)

I see that 3 folks have input some meters (>5000 m) since this morning's report out! Woohoo!

Luna-Tics on the Blue Moon Honor Board: still time to be counted here!

Dan and AJ are on the roster already!
Jan (that would be me) on the roster!
Peter H on the roster!
Barbara's in!

Guilty on all three counts. Although I'm a little smaller than I was this time last year.
