Pace Boat

they have a Concept 2 Model E at my gym. How do you use the pace boat? How do you set it up?

Main menu
Select Workout
New Workout
Single Distance
Set a how far to row, the split length and the pace for the pace boat
Press the bottom grey button to set the workout going

Press the middle grey button to change to the pace boat display
