I finally online ranked myself. I'm #80 in my age group for the 5000!
I think this will continue to improve as I started at #97 last week and have been steadily moving up. And in 6 mo, I move into the next age group...yippee!
I am not getting to row every single day, but am really pleased with how strong I feel when doing other things - like lifting up my kid's car seat
