Hey - thanks everyone for all the encouragement.
I am slowly increasing my distance and now comfortably rowing 4500-5000. I can row 4500 in about 20 minutes. Each time I row my time drops by 15-45 seconds...I'm not killing myself trying to go faster, but I think it is just an indicator that I'm getting more fit.
I lost 9 lbs this month...!
