this is a website that the corp I work for (insurance) has recommended for tracking calories in and out. I have found it to be very easy to use and helpful. And it is free so that makes it nicer.
It has a gazillion foods and activities in its database so tracking calories is pretty easy

Nice Site..
I developed my own Access/Excel solution for tracking weight and body fat, as well as create calorie intake goals, and this solution seems very comprehensive, except for not havng a way to track body fat measurements.
