I have only a slight hope that I will be able to get my fat % in the appropriate range for men of my lenght and age through training on the indoor-rower.
I am not willing to change my dietary habits and do not consider myself as overweight. I don not look overweight anyway. That's what I am told by other people.
My Fat % has come down from 31 % tot 21,75 % and then gone up again.
It is now about round about 25 %. My cardio-fitness has stayed the same throughout. BMI is above 25 and below 26, which is too much according to statistics, but some people say if you spent a lot of your time in the gym BMI can be above 25 and still be ok.
I have recently stepped up my rowing to 10 K a day. It takes about 44 '. I do not always row 10 K in one go. Sometimes 2 x 5 K, sometimes 4 x 2,5 K, sometims 1 x 10 K.
Does anyone know if this is an effective method to get my fat % down to between 10 - 20 % ?
I think doing cardio-fitness for an hour is better. But rowing an hour a day is too tiring for me. (especially for my butt
