Good technique DVD or online video?

Hi,
Looking for a good video that focuses on technique. I rowed in college (freshman year only, 11 years ago) and had a very good coach and very good teammates... but fear that my technique has since degraded and that some bad habits have slipped in.
I saw Xeno pimping his vids on this site, but not sure what to think about those...
Thanks!

pimping? That seems unnecessary.
fwiw I liked Xeno's DVDs. The technique session is clear.

He's a very good coach, with very good technique drills. I can't speak to the videos since I row at his Iron Oarsman. However the DVDs are very well thought of.
BTW, I would have characterized his announcement posts as that. Announcements. Not as "pimping."
You can find links to some of the views of, and discusions by, others of the DVDs (there are others...just search):

Think good things, is there some reason why he should not offer products in a community setting where the community members stand to have the greatest gain from them?
What is going on around here lately?

Maybe so, but wouldn't proper forum etiquette and decorum dictate that such a reference to one who promotes a beneficial offering to the community, albeit at a monetary profit, invites a bitch slapping of the offending party ?

Definitely.
It is spam, nothing else.
The best video I have seen is the one of long time open class world record holder Eskild Ebbesen, rowing a 6:06.4 to break the lightweight 30+ WR.
Apparently this video is no longer available on the net.

Off topic response: The word "pimping" was not intended to offend anyone. However, Xeno's postings are commercial. They're intended to bring him profit, so the word "announcement" fails to accurately portray the commercial nature of his posts. If I had used "advertising" instead of "pimping" I doubt I'd have set off any alarm bells. Anyways, so long as his products are relevant to the community (they are) and so long as the commercial postings don't overwhelm the board (they don't), I've got no problem with 'em. I didn't mean to imply anything negative about the product, I'm just inherently skeptical about advertising.
Anyways, back on topic: more recommendations about form videos would be very appreciated. I'll probably pick up a Xeno video since he appears to be a respected member of the community.
