Hey all,
"Back in the day" (i.e., 15 years ago) I was on the college rowing team, in the best shape of my life, and rowed almost daily. Fast forward to the present, and I am woefully out of shape and haven't rowed in ages. I recently cleaned up my rowing machine but need help devising the best way to start using it again. I know I can't just hop on and blow through the 10,000 meter cycle I use to do before. This is for weight loss right now. Any ideal plan to follow? Any ideas are appreciated. Thanks! Not sure if this matters but this is for male, age 36.
