To lose weight your dieet is by far the most important thing. Training will help that, In your plan your are to much focusssed on interval work. That will be way to demanding. Better to make 6 weeks goal plan and work from there. Use the first 6 weeks to get used to working out and see how your body reacts. From there take it a step further, you can do it, but you have to stay in one piece, training to hard will not help you there and you also need to keep motivation, again training to hard will not help.
