Normally I only watch DVDs when doing long steady state pieces (at least 45min in length)...Miracle at Oxford is great...I have watched a few "motivational" sports movies such as Rudy, Rocky, Coach Carter, etc...I normally watch them in the dark with the monitor flipped and subtitles on...I need them on due to the size of our erg room at school...12 ergs in a room just large enough to fit them in two rows of 6 lol...
An interesting idea I just had...watching football or baseball... you could row "hard" while one team has the ball and "easier" while the other team has the ball...provides a decent workout and really makes you root for one team lol...
