15.8 lbs. to go...

Post by Boxing Diva » April 21st, 2008, 10:37 pm

I recently posted my "success" story on the "success" forum. I wanted to keep you all posted as to my progress. This week I lost another .8 lbs. Not a big loss, but a loss none the less.
Not only am I rowing, but I have added pilates training. Right now my butt and abs are killing me! (in a good way). I like how I feel and I am eating more food than I have in the past. I am never hungry. Yesterday I rowed for an hour at a moderate intensity.
I just want you all to know that I will keep working hard, one pound at a time. My upper body looks great and "cut up" especially my shoulders. At the age of 50, this sure is a plus.
We can do it. All of us.

See you next week.
