My current program has me running once a week and rowing once a week. I can not run right now becasue we got hit with a snow storm. I could run in the snow but it is HIIT and go trail running.
I need a replacement from walking 50s and sprinting 10s for 20 mins. I trired this on the rower and it is not demanding at all.
Would rowing 60s slow 30 s fast for 20 mins be a sutiable replacement?
