Ordered the D and put it together yesterday and started copying what I saw on youtube. Problem is they all have flat stomachs so have no problems grabbing the handle even when showing a beginner how to row to lose weight



Been working on flexibility for about a week now so not gonna be able to reach it for quite awhile.
Started off and I thought it was pretty easy but after 5 mins I def could feel it. Think I am really going to enjoy this as I was able to do it while watching TV.
