I need some help please :)

I know its silly but i got this weight loss regime and it says

2 x 25' UT1

i do understand what UT1 means as it explains it below, but I have no idea what 2x25' means.

2 x 25 minutes?

Yes. But it doesn't say how long you should wait in between. Usually long enough for you heart rate to drop down to about 2x your resting HR.

I usually wait 5 minutes between rounds. Long enough to catch a breath, clean the rail and wheels a little bit, and do a slow row until the next round starts up.
