Hi guys, 60yr old male 6'0 225 waist 41", need help in setting up a 90 day rowing program. For my first week have been rowing 8X500 1 min rest at about 25-26s/m burning 200 calories and 4100 meters, then 1:40 X 9 for 145 calories and 2850 meters. Suggestions please, thank you very much!
