 So sorry to hear about your knee, Neil. How exactly did it happen?

I hope you have a speedy recovery. Good going on switching gears and selecting another sport so that you can keep active!

Take care, Deborah

It’s a shame about the knee but at least all the work you have put in to date will allow for a quicker recovery/rehab.

Hi Chris, YES I AM BACK (Finally!!!) I did a 2K yesterday and god was I whipped - I managed to hold down a 2:16 pace, but I cannot believe how quickly I regressed. I am pretty sure I would have died if I went any longer!!!

In all honesty, my knee is still a bit restricted into the catch, so I have to modify my stroke a bit and but I am looking forward to building my endurance again and as soon as I get that row-pro software, to "racing"...

Thanks for the encouragement Chris!!

Neil

Chris, I tried to log onto the RowPro site tonight, but was stymied by my computer. Oh Well, but I put in a good shift anyway on 2:02 splits over 2K - granted, not my best effort, but after two months off, the knee is still a bit of a barrier. Hopefully I'll get the bug worked out and be able to join you "on the water".

I know...such old hands!

So I pulled 10K tonight but although I could see the race and I seemed to be signed up, for some weird reason, my program would not bring the race up live. So my question is this...once I am signed up do I just wait and other boats show up? How does the race start? Do I need to set up the row in the session setup window?

thanks
