Sorry, I did "search" the forum and I found some of these but not all. I'm trying the RowPro trial right now and when fiddling with the program it cam up for heart rate ranges for me.
I know "AT" is anaerobic threshhold, but could someone enlighten me by explaining what the other's are?
AT HR
UT range
LS range
AR range
Thanks in advance, Steve

Welcome to rowpro. I don't use the training wizard and so don't know what those refer to exactly. The terms in popular use here are from the UK training program, so I would think the terms in the RP plan will line up with these:

I vaguely remember Pete from digital rowing once explaining how they came up with the training program in RP, and they did have them designed by a well known rowing coach. But my impression is that the training wizard part of RP is not used that much.
The online rowing, and other aspects of RP, are great.

Thanks for the link.
I had a general idea of what they meant, but this will help me hoepfully be a little more specific about HR training.
Peace, Steve

Re: newbie with acronym problems
I happened across this thread because I was looking for a definition of these terms. Well I have RowPro and I found the answer on page 27 of The Illustrated Guide to Training with RowPro Home Edition, which is online so I don't think the author will mind my showing the definition to those terms here:
RowPro uses five heart rate bands to express training intensities, as follows:
1. AN – Above the Anaerobic Threshold, up to your Maximum HR.
2. AT – Around the Anaerobic Threshold, your max HR over a long period.
3. UT - Up Tempo, an intermediate intensity.
4. LS – Long Slow, a low intensity.
5. AR – Active Recovery, a very low intensity.

The trouble with an old thread is that the links go stale.
