x2row
found a partial answer:
Yes but it’s not definite. X2Row was developed using the Microsoft .Net Framework. There is talk about support for the framework on Linux but nothing has been made available yet.

It also makes it proprietary. Won't run on Mac (without bootcamp/WinXP) won't run on Linux.haboustak wrote:The uptake of .NET has been impressive. It seems like all new software I hear about is either .NET or Java.
I understand that the framework makes developers more productive. I just wish it made software more productive. Instead it's bigger, slower, less portable, and harder to install.

Java with Eclipse may be equally bloated, but at least there's some universality of support. [Hmm, does my zSeries mainframe have USB support yet?

Re: x2row

If you do NOT have a copy downloaded AFTER Friday 2000 hours you must download it again......make sure you uninstall the previous copy using your computer's uninstall program, i.e. don't just delete it.
If you have problems use the support online chat.
