I installed Apple Boot Camp and Windows XP Pro SP2 on my Imac (Intel Dual Core), I can now boot with Win or Mac (should say Mac or Win).
Then I installed RowPro and Ergmonitor, and both seem to work fine. I did a short QR on RowPro which went well and the results were online as well. For EM the DF, shape of curves and pace seemed correct.
Did someone else try?
Some light for Mac users (with Intel processor)
When you boot windows on a Mac, won't you suck all the windows-internet trouble into your beautiful Mac?
Should I buy a new Mac, just to run windows?
Or just keep looking for this cheapy PC or win-laptop?
But, congrats on making it work!

Yes and no, I have also a PC and I do not "suck in" internet troubles!!! A good antivirus program and a firewall as well as commun sense when opening email or running/opening attachments helps a lot to keep the trouble out!Tyn wrote:When you boot windows on a Mac, won't you suck all the windows-internet trouble into your beautiful Mac?
No, if you have a Mac and are happy (I guess you are?? ). I can say that the Mac runs WIndows much faster than my not so bad PC.Tyn wrote:Should I buy a new Mac, just to run windows?
If you have already a Mac, this might be the best option. I had a PC and wanted to go back to Mac, when the possibility with Intel & Windows showed up I jumped on it. I rum OS X whenever I can and just go to WIndows for applications like Rowpro.Tyn wrote:Or just keep looking for this cheapy PC or win-laptop?
