Workout not syncing with app

To caveat I think this is my fault but asking in case there's any solution...I connected my PM5 to my phone correctly as normal, did the workout, but then left the erg without exiting the workout either on the machine or my phone.

Once I realised I'd done this, my phone was already out of bluetooth range and the app wasn't responding, and the PM5 on the erg had already saved the workout and turned off.

The workout is not showing on my logbook now - I know I can add workouts manually but that they won't count for the World Erg Challenge I'm competing in (as far as I'm aware).

Does anyone know how I could get the workout into the app?
