All my Concept2 PM5 workouts are uploaded to Strava and include the PM5 results detail picture. But, since the pic on ly shows 8 or 9 lines, often some values aren't shown. For example, if I rowed 10,000 meters and the display uploaded to Strave is in 1000 meter increments, it'll only include 8,000 meters. I have the same issue when it is displaying intervals, Say there are 5 intervals with 1 min rest after each. Again, the display uploaded to Strava will be incomplete. How do I modify the display format? For example, if I did 10,000 meters, how would I change the display to show every 2000 meters, which would all get in the display? Same question about intervals?
Can I call up the display prior to it being uploaded?
This has really got me stumped, yet I see plenty of examples where people have revised the uploaded display more to their liking. I can't figure out how they did it?

Re: Revise PM5 Results Display Uploaded to Strava
I'm happy to be corrected, but my row uploads to Strava via Ergdata and my understanding is, the format will only display in the format you set your split times. So using your 10k as an example, if you set it to 2000m split times, that is what Strava will show. If set at 500m times, as you state, the isn't enough space to display on what is effectively a screenshot. For intervals, Strava will not include the metres you row during your rest period.

I agree with your assessment of splits displays for straight "just ride" type activities. But... for intervals, the results display is showing the interval time and the rest time. I'm assuming because I'm still rowing however slower during the rest period. Do you know whether the PM display that corresponds to the ride is accessible to the rower?

Can you clarify what you mean by this? It can be seen on the history if that's what you mean?tloewenberg wrote: ↑March 1st, 2024, 8:43 pmTo "alex9026"

For all intents and purposes, I don't believe Strava is a suitable app for Erging anyway, we are limited by the data it offers. It's okay for activity tracking, especially if involved in multi discipline sports, but beyond that, it's pointless.

Re: Revise PM5 Results Display Uploaded to Strava
Alex9026..... Hmm, looking at the question I posed on whether ....the PM display that corresponds to the ride..... is a little confusing. Lets try this...
After the exercise/workout is pushed to Strava, the Strava posting will include a picture of the PM5 monitor with ride results listed on 8 lines. Because the pictures looks like a results "photo" of a PM5, including scroll arrows if the results exceed 8 lines, I'm wondering if it's a facsimile of a display that I can also select and see on the PM5?

Ah I see. Then yes, it is straightforward enough. From the main display screen on the erg:
Memory
List by date
There will be a history there with an arrow indicating which date can be viewed, simply press the button with a plus sign next to it.
