Sunday Morning Group Row on EXR app

Something 'new' for Sunday mornings.

The Sunday morning 30 minute row has a strong history - many teams and platforms have hosted it over the years. So RowAlong has teamed up with EXR to bring it back.

The first one takes place on 17th December - 09:00 (UK Time) -

A 30 minute RowAlong (I'll be live streaming the first one) on the EXR App.

If you don't have EXR - go to the link above and download a trial. It works with most Bluetooth machines, so hopefully you can join in. Or you can RowAlong on YouTube, and wait for Santa to bring you a Bluetooth enabled rowing machine!

If people think they'll still join on the 24th and the 31st, I'll do them too - and then it'll continue on following Sundays.

That is quite a nice time-slot John!

I'll join you for it, especially as you are on my favorite course. I'm doing a steady state Zone 2 HM, and you typically are a bit faster then me anyways. But I'll keep going for an additional hour, just for fun

Might be that some others of the EXR Discord group are interested as well (typically, some just can't say no to group row). Did you drop a not there as well?

I'm hoping the EXR folks will be taking care of that side of it. But I'll check to make sure!!

I did mention to them that maybe one week we could try using the Voice chat option on Discord. But I don't know if that would just be flywheel noise!!

I don't think Sunday morning's are the best time for me to try to go fast anyway, so it'll be a nice gentle on on my side of things.

Flywheel noise isn't your issue. Unlike you, most of us are just huffing and puffing. Felttie also can talk and row (he livestreams on Twitch and YouTube), so hopefully he'll join and you guys can start a podcast
