I've been having lots of connectivity issues with ErgData.
(and other issues...)
Numerous times it has 'lost connection' with the PM5.
As I've discovered, when that happens, your workout data is gone.
Three time in the last few weeks it happened during regular training....so It gave me a good excuse to do even more!
I figure it's a work in progress and the new update will be stable and awesome.
.)
But today I'm kinda pissed.
Going for a 60 min PR, and at 55 min 'lost convection' - I continued - it re-connected, but the data was lost.
Just venting......
Is there a bug submission e-mail or something?

I've deleted your other two posts. Don't cross post, it achieves nothing except confusion.

Look in the memory history in the PM5. Is the row there? If so you can either manually add it to your log or use the Concept2 Utility and a windows or mac system (no android support) to upload the session to your log.Xfea wrote: ↑February 2nd, 2023, 7:13 pmI've been having lots of connectivity issues with ErgData.

The PM5 does not keep per-stroke data, so that is lost. You will get the sessions, splits, etc as they are in the PM5.
Best way to talk to concept2 is via email. They are responsive and typically the developer gets back to you, not someone from a help desk. Do tell them where ergdata is running (e.g. phone and android version), ergdata version, firmware load on PM5. If you are not current on ergdata and PM5 then get current, recreate then email. Their email address is info@concept2.com
Good luck.

In this case the data on the PM% was lost . .
It disconnected at around the 55 min mark - reconnected.
All that was on the PM5 was the last 5 minutes...
