Post by mboyd » October 3rd, 2022, 7:26 pm

Thank you.

ErgData displays it, but doesn't record it. I think PainSled can record it, although it doesn't export to the Concept2 logbook.

average Drive Length.
If you know any three of average Force, Length, Rating and Watts, the fourth can be estimated after, since W=FLR/60.

Rating derives from stroke count in logbook. Average Watts is shown, but force has to be remembered.

This calculated length may not coincide with the displayed ergdata number.

There's no field in the Logbook to hold that value. It is only ever calculated from current data. So there is no facility to store it.

A beginners question:
I use the latest Android version of Ergdata. The app has 5 displays, but I can't find Drive Length.
Almost certain I am missing something, but what?

Haha,

The GUI is way too subtle for most people. On several fields you can tap, which opens a menu where you can select it. Most screens are 90% user customisable.

Yes, subtle is the correct word for this new version.
