Post by wpuk » July 10th, 2021, 5:02 am

But is there anyway of getting Erg data into Polar Flow. As in distance, watts, splits etc

Probably the only way is to download the .fit file from Logbook and upload it to Polar Flow as there is no official integration

My C2 log is pushed to Fitbit. But you would not like the result because none of the things you want actually get displayed by Fitbit. Only the time and calories get displayed. I'm not sure Polar Flow has any more ability to display erg unique data like splits than Fitbit does. If you do try exporting FIT data and Flow does something interesting with it please post.

I use an H10 belt and polar beat/flow. Polar Flow shows erg workouts as "rowing" from my picking that in polar beat. All of the erg details I get from the C2 log. The C2 log gets heart rate data from the H10 belt and accurate wattage, splits, etc from the PM5. If you find a better way to combine these please post it.

You'll have to do it the old fashion way & enter erging info manually. I've done it that way for a year & finally got bloody well fed up with it & uninstalled both Flow & Beat.
