Strange time interval for split recording

Post by moosonglee25 » June 27th, 2021, 9:32 am

Hello.

For the recent 3 of 5 workouts, PM5 seems to send wrong data to Ergdata.
As I attached below, split intervals are only 1 second though csv file is normal I think.
Also, I found the records are normal (I mean time interval is 5 mins, not 1 sec) on my PM5.
Is it a known issue?

My machine well recorded 2 of 5 workouts, and the other three are wrong in the similar way.

I just row only after pm5 connection to ergdata with my android phone, without any workout setting.
Please help me to get right records.

Thank you.

FYI:
I use
android 11
ergdata 1.98
PM5 207 version

Download the Concept2 utility from https://www.concept2.com/service/monitors/pm5/firmware and upgrade your PM5 to V208.

There is also an ErgData update. Does he need that too, or is the PM5 firmware sufficient ?

Update everything. If it still doesn't fix then at least you'll be reporting it to Concept2 from a known level.

I thought 1.98 was the latest. And doesn't it automatically update everytime it's on, if needed?

you are correct. 1.98 is the latest, I say the OP said he was at that level only after I posted. It was top of mind since I only updated to 1.98 yesterday.
