I've used the app from c2 on my phone linked to pm5 with tracker watch broadcasting HR readings. I'm new to rowing, 48.5 and moderate fitness but planning to get back to a higher fitness level again. I'm 87kg and 196cm tall.
My question is what is the drive length and what should it be for me? I'm rowing at 24s/m but that's holding back as I always used to row at 27-32 s/m and 27 or 28 seems to be more natural to me. This is with a drive length of 1.27m to 1.34m with brief interludes at 1.48m. 500m taste is 2:10 I think with periods closer to 2:00.
