Ergdata - can't log in, can't sync.

Ergdata - can't log in, can't sync.
I have ergdata 1.91 app on my phone, cannot log in after most recent update. I am able to log in with my current user/pass in a browser. I have restarted my phone, Pixel2, on latest android version and no change. I do not see anywhere to log out, which was recommended in another thread.

Go to the settings and logout from your logbook. Login again, re-enter your password then restart Ergdata.

I do not have any log out option. I have cleared user/pass, closed the app and re-opened, entered log in info and same error. I have uninstalled the app, rebooted and re-installed the app and same error.

Check your username is correct, then tap "Password" and re-enter it. Then tap "Verify" to log back in.

Thank you for working with me on this. I attempted the login that you screen shotted many, many times. Changing my logbook password is what worked.

workouts don´t upload when sync with ergdata
Hi
I hope someone could help me with this matter.
I have recently bought a Concept2 rower with Pm5 monitor.
When I try to upload my workouts I just got the message 0 workouts uploaded.
- I have checked the bluetooth connection which is OK.
- I am locked into my profile in Ergdata.
- I have tried to lock out and lock in again.
- I have tried with Iphone and Android, but with the same result.
Hope someone could help me with this.

Start Ergdata logout from your account and log back in. Then try the sync again.

However, I have tried to log out and lock in again, from both Iphone and Android. I still got the same result when I try to sync.

I know this is old but I hit this as well and figured I'd put the info out here for others.
ErgData DOES NOT sync the PM5 with the logbook. ErgData sync's its OWN data with the logbook. You only get data into ErgData by being connected to the PM5 at the time of the workout.
You cannot connect after the fact to retrieve workouts logged in PM5 memory and log those to the logbook. Maybe there is some other utility out there that accomplishes that? I don't know.
Next time I'll know to connect prior to starting. I wear bluetooth headphones while rowing. Hopefully it uses a compatible bluetooth profile.

This error included instructions to sign out and sign back in to sync data. I signed out. I signed back in. It still will not sync and the same error pops up.

Have you tried logging out/in on both ergdata & c2 logbook?

erg data sync error
Hi it's been a couple of day I'm not able to sync my ergdata with logbook, I keep on getting the same error, I tried doing what the error message suggests, I tried clearing cache/data uninstalling and re-installing the app on my phone, but nothing works, I managed to sync my workouts using the concept2 utility, however it's not convenient.
My online account works and the credentials I use are good.
I attached the error message to this post. The error message says:

]
Any ideas on how I can resolve this issue?

FWIW I've been having the same issue since yesterday evening. Logging out from all the web browsers that had an active Logbook session in addition to logging out from the app doesn't seem to work either.

Have the same problem since yesterday (April 27). An endless loop Ergdata (on Android) says: won't sync, log out and log back in. I do that...rinse and repeat.
Make sure I am logged out of account on all devices. Restart Ergdata, try again, same result.
Change account password ... same result. Call Concept2. They say: (1) they have already received at least one report by email (2) we don't know, wat, try again tomorrow.
Just did that several times. Useless. Still the same problem.
