Ergathlon upload via ergdata

I have tried my first ergathlon. Just a sprint. It appears on the pm5 as an ergathlon, but ergdata uploaded it as three rowing intervals. Plus, the bike pace data was lost. Do I need to do anything different for an ergathlon?
