Concept2 Model D PM5 - Connect issue!

Hi All, new here... literally just signed up.
I just purchased the concept2 Model D - PM5 and I can not seem to get the option to 'turn wireless ON', I have updated the firmware via USB to PM5 version 207 and hardware version 903. Also I can not seem to pick up the rowing machine bluetooth on my phone or other devices.
Anyone else had a similar problem?
I just want it to work!

Your PM5 firmware is up to date.......what phone are you using? Are you using Ergdata? Or some other app?

I’m using an iPhone 6s software 14.3.
I’ve tried pairing up to zwift, looks pretty straight forward on all videos. I’m still confused why I’m not getting the turn wireless on option.

AB, I'm on android & ergdata. Perhaps someone with experience in iOS & zwift will be along shortly to help you.

Thank you for the reply mict450.
I tried connecting my wife’s android phone to zwift.
I managed to connect to Bluetooth after a while but when I tried pairing / power source... still nothing.
Am I meant to connect to another app first ?

UPDATE:
So I downloaded the ErgData app on my iPhone and its connected via bluetooth without a problem.
I used the Zwift app again on an android phone it connected to the rower via bluetooth, but then it shows as "No Signal". I can go into riding mode / start riding, but I'm sitting there doing nothing.

Glad to hear that ergdata works with your phone. Hope someone who's familiar with zwift can help you out.

I'm using Bluetooth to connect the PM5 to my iPhone and ANT+ to connect PM5 to Zwift on laptop. Maybe the PM5 can only handle 1 Bluetooth connection at a time?
See if you can get Zwift running on the Android phone without first connecting to ErgData on the other phone.
