Strava not showing PM5 screenshot

Hi,

I’ve got a Strava account, and a Garmin account too. I am mainly a cyclist that runs, but now I have added a Concept 2 machine and I am loving it! I wish I had bought one years ago.

I have my Concept 2 account connected to both Garmin and Strava. The same arrangement is in place for my son’s and my wife’s account too. They were connected in the same sequence, Strava first, then Garmin. Both my son and my wife get the PM5 screenshot added to their Strava records, but mine does not go through to Strava. I really like the screenshot feature, and I would like this on my Strava too.

I have a Strava subscription account, whereas my son and my wife are on the free account. Could this be it?

Have any other users experienced difficulty with this, any ideas welcome on how to resolve?

It's Strava generating the virtual PM5 screenshot.

For that to happen, you have to set your default Strava activity privacy to "public". Check that first.

Thanks but it was already set as public on activities and profile.
